Corporate Minutes/Operating Agreements/Bylaws

What is it?

Corporate minutes are formal documentation of actions taken in your entity as well as who was there to take these actions. A designated individual will take notes which will cover vital data that is covered in meetings as well as organize chronologically and annotate main details like date, time, stated information.

Bylaws are the rules that are agreed upon and implemented by the board of directors that translate into the structure of the business, duties, and how meetings are conducted; highlight ownership details and meetings; and the process for any additions/removals to the board.

Should I complete Corporate Minutes/Operating Bylaws?

Yes, all entities are required to have this information recorded and organized.
