When you first log in on gosmallbiz.com and go to “Applications,” then “Corporate Minutes Writer,” you will be prompted to first complete your Company/Entity Profile Information.
Complete the fields with your business information on the left-hand side. On the right-hand side, you can enter in your officers or board members. The application is connected to the GoSmallBiz CRM, allowing you to easily integrate your contacts. If you have your members added in the CRM as contacts, simply begin typing their names in the fields. If not, you can add contacts by selecting “Add New Contact” to enter in an Officer or Board Member.
Once the contact has been added, click into the field and start typing their first name to populate it. Once completed, click on the “Save” button. This will bring you to the Dashboard.
