Stocks

What is it?

Stock certificates are a representation of ownership of a portion of a company. Stocks are a formal way for you to raise funds for your company through investors.

Should I offer and distribute stock?

Stocks are distributed to raise capital. You will be transferring small portions, or shares, of ownership of your company through stock certificates.

How to buy?

Once you have incorporated your business and the state has processed your incorporation application, you will be contacted by one of our representatives to confirm all information is correct. Once they have confirmed all information, you will be sent a physical packet with documents that include the stock certificates that were purchased through the Go Bundle.

We recommend reaching out to a consultant in order to understand the best industry practices related to distributing stocks to partners. If you do not have access to a consultant, GoSmallBiz offers consultation through the Guide Bundle! Check out more information here
