In order to finalize your documents, you will need to review and approve them under the “Drafts” tab. Click on the magnifying glass to get started. Here you can make edits to the document. If you want to continue to edit the draft at a later time, click “Save.” This will save it as a draft and give you the ability to come back later to make edits. Draft documents are stored up to 30 days pending final review. When you are ready to finalize the draft, select “Save and Approve.” A pop-up message will appear to confirm the finalization of the draft.
Note: Once you approve the draft you will not be able to make any future edits.
